Originally opening as Sierra’s Cakewerks in 2018 the owner, Sierra Stollenwerk decided to rebrand to Reignbow Baking Co. in 2022 to expand options for its customers.
Reignbow Baking Co. was founded to be an inclusive bakery for the Chattanooga area that aims to treat all our customers like royalty.
Firm believers that your cake should taste just as good as it looks, we bake from scratch with quality ingredients and many of our signature flavors featuring local businesses. The result are cakes that delight your eyes & taste buds.
We specialize in American style buttercream paired with delicate and rich but not-too-sweet cake layers - a combination sure to wow your guests.
In addition to serving our clients, we aim to support our community. Reignbow Baking Co. offers birthday cakes and small treats to families who find themselves in the care of Children’s Hospital at Erlanger or whom take residence at The Room in the Inn on their birthday.
About Sierra
Sierra is a mostly self-taught baker and decorator with some formal training in classic french pastry and chocolate. Originally from San Diego, CA, Sierra has been baking since the age of four. Baking has always brought her comfort and joy, and in 2014 knew she wanted her own baking business so she could share that joy with the world. In 2017 she moved to Chattanooga, TN to start her new adventure. Sierra loves calling Scenic City home as it has proved to be the perfect place to create and grow.
